The cars were pretty generic as far as selection goes and could be found at any other dealership, but the employees were just sooo seductively sweet that I couldn’t pass up the car. If anyone decides to choose Linwood Honda (which they should) they should specifically ask for Corey who will make sure any wanted extras are added

Lawrence and his team at Lynnwood Honda met and exceeded my customer experience expectations. They understood my needs and terms for purchase and worked together to make it happen for me. I would highly recommend Lynnwood Honda and their professional and friendly staff.

Corey was very knowledgeable and friendly he had a great energy that made buying my new car fun and exciting. I also appreciated the time he took to follow up with me after I bought my car, I will definitely recommend anyone I know.

I went to Lynnwood Honda after visiting several dealerships, and was expecting to deal with the same typical pressuring sales guys. I was instead blown away by the AMAZING customer service, respect, and care I received from the moment I walked in. I had the pleasure of working with Corey, who made this THE best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. If anyone has a chance to go there, it is a MUST to visit Corey! Best sales person I’ve ever met, he actually made buying a new car fun, easy, and pressure free by personalizing the experience to my car needs, explaining all my options, and even bought us lunch while we were there! I was EXTREMELY impressed by Corey’s willingness and ability to go above and beyond to make sure I got THE BEST DEAL imaginable, and was 100% happy with my car! Corey, and the entire staff at Lynnwood Honda was amazing, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else now.

Shawn listened to what I was looking for in a car as we took a test drive. He was able to incorporate my wishes into the auto I wanted. When questions arose, he sought out the information and all the staff was very accommodating in answering my questions or concerns without hesitation. I dealt with Shawn, the finance people and the Used car manager, all excellent representatives of Lynnwood Honda!

Lawrence was very knowledgeable,helpful,professional and friendly. When we decided a new car was more than we wanted to pay he was just as nice and helpful in helping us select a certified pre-owned vehicle. After we got home we read that this car had been in an accident—maybe we should have been told that before buying it but hopefully the certification work took care of any problems. Gloria Aronson

We had just started looking for a car, trying to decide what make to buy and were only planning on doing test drives. We were comparing Toyota (we currently own a Rav 4), Honda and Subaru and we were using the Costco program. We met Mike on Saturday and told him what we were looking for and that we were just starting our process in making the decision of which car to buy–because our current car was still running well. He was very well informed about the various models we were interested in and very enjoyable to interact with. He encouraged us to take additional test drives, even for longer periods of time while doing errands, to determine which of the two models we had chosen would be best for us. We went back the next day after test driving a Subaru and let him know we were still trying to decide which make would be best for us. Mike never tried to persuade us one way or another and in fact stated that there was no need to make a decision immediately because he wanted to make sure we chose the right car that we would be happy with long term. We went back again Monday (I think we ended up being at the dealership 4 times) to talk with him again. At no time did he make us feel that we were wasting his time or that our indecision was unusual or that we were taking too long in our process.
Because of the fact that there was special financing that weekend we did buy the car–our first new car ever–but even had we not purchased the car that weekend we would have gone back to Mike and Lynnwood Honda to make the purchase.

We would recommend the dealership and Mike to anyone, and have in fact mentioned the exceptional experience to our friends.

I always dread shopping for cars…I have always found it VERY stressful…
Mr. Chamalbide, however made the experience of purchasing a new Civic painless…he was very courteous, respectful and easy to talk to … he knew the vehicle, and showed me every detail…so that I felt very comfortable in my choice… I felt he gave me his full attention, listened and answered my numerous questions.
I would certainly feel comfortable recommending Mr. Chamalbide to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. Thank You…..

Michael Grecco is a very professional Sales person, very polite, very accurate, very knowledgeable & very responsive. Will refer him to all my friends. 

When I pointed out that there were few dirty spots on the rear seat, he immediately took the car back to the service department, got it cleaned and apologized.
